HNSN - latest word out of the Heart Rhythm Society conference was that there have been 40 ablations and 3 perforations in those procedures. Hansen is saying it's all operator error but then there are a number of papers presented at the same meeting that showed that there is an interaction between applied force and lesion size/depth during ablations. Finger pointing is not good given the results by "expert" ablationists.
