They have been awarded with options too. 500.000 for Passieri and 300.00 for the others. 500.000 options corresponds to 1 % of the total number of shares outstanding. Too much. Why should anyone receive 500.000 options just to motivate him to do his job properly? If they manage to push some of the new compounds through to an IND, I wouldn't mind some largesse. But as things stand today, they haven't yet brought anything of (confirmed) value to the company. The growth factors come from the previous management and the small molecules are still preclinical or even earlier. Erik
