6/8/07 Update
Despite Friday's decent rally, both the Nasdaq Biotech Index and Charity Contest portfolios had losing weeks. At the closing bell, the NBI was up 1.91% YTD (vs. up 4.89% YTD a week ago), while the Contest median closed up 1.77% YTD (vs. up 3.83% YTD a week ago). At week's end, just 16 of the 31 Contest portfolios were in the black YTD with 15 of the 31 beating the NBI.
RCMAC's portfolio held on to first place with a 32.1% YTD gain. RCMAC's lead substantially widened as the top two contenders (BIOFISH & FRED) got hit hard by the GNVC collapse.
