This is what is wrong with executive compensation. He presides over a move from well over 100 to less than 50 (with stop at 4 first) and cashes out $15 million while most recent shareholders are losing. If this was his first time to do this, that is one thing and he did bring stock from nowhere to where it is. But this is not the first time. biz.yahoo.com Jon
