In my experience this is pretty typical of these juniors when there's no trading volume. They are hard to buy and hard to sell. You should try placing orders for a small amount at increasing prices, to see where you start to get bites. I've mentally put my RMK shares at the back of a bottom drawer. I might find them again in a couple of years.
