I can believe it. Here in Hawaii the state's largest bank(Bank of Hawaii) just put on a seminar for the realtors all over the state. They have gone from island to island trying to educate realtors on how to handle short sales and foreclosures. What is so telling?

In the past it was almost impossible to get info from BoH on delinquencies...now they are doing preventative road shows. There were about 200 agents at the event yesterday and at least 20 had clients into early foreclosure. The others may have clients in the same situation but the bank reps couldn't answer all the deluge of questions. -g-
