How come this kind of theft is even allowed? People invest in your company, you take the money, abscond with it by giving it to other investors, declare some shares cancelled, and restart the company with the same cash, assets, sales, market cap, and other basic finances as before, and this is somehow legal?

Why have bonds AND stocks in the same company if one isn't worth the paper it was printed on, and the other has actual value?

Why should I ever buy a stock again?

In the meantime, since I never got any satisfaction from SGI, I will bad mouth their ethics, morals, and product quality to anyone who will listen. And yes I work in the industry, so I talk to a lot of people. Oh, the stories I like to tell about those thieves. I like to think that every time I tell it, they lose some business.

Hey, they stole my money. Can't expect anything better from someone you ripped off. And shame on those monkey asses that call themselves a "court" for putting the color of authority to this whole larcenious sham.
