One memorable trip to San Fran , I stayed in the Donetello Hotel in the theatre district. I even had the courage to play their grand piano in the window facing the street. The staff thought I was great and invited me to play anytime. Hope you saw the fast moving 'Forever Tango' on one of your trips to San Fran. I saw Phantom of The Opera at least twice maybe three times there. 19th Century sanitation has made a lot possible for us. Clean gutters for one thing--------there was a reason our Great Grandmothers wore high button walking shoes in the early 1900's. The beauty of Hawaii rivals San Francisco's. You are fortunate to live in such a beautiful place. mj
