The proposal for ARRS to do media storage to support headends, is inline with Time Warner's plan to reinvent itself with all their products and services spinning off for capital appreciation. But their magazines had to be displayed on triple play, TV, broadband and mobile cellphones. AOL does not have enough of a server farm, and it needs satellite transmission to support triple play display on interactive cable TV. This is a high end service and revenue should increase for magazine cable TV triple play subscriptions.
