She got in trouble for DUI as is appropriate because she was putting herself, and more importantly others, in danger. Personally, as serious as this is, I don't think jail time is appropriate for addressing this issue because you'd probably have to jail close to 1/2 the men in America who at one time or another in their lives have gotten behind the wheel when they shouldn't have.

Now, she is in jail for driving without a license. Her license was suspended for the above infraction. I think it's borderline insane for her to be in jail for driving without a license in CA when there are probably a couple of million illegals in CA doing the same thing. God knows how many of those are way more dangerous.

Let's be serious. I'm not making light of her behavior or the issue of drunk driving, but it's really stupid for her to be serving 20 days in jail for this. She needs to learn a lesson for sure. She needs to grow up for sure. But this is idiotic.
