Perfectly true, and I was totally in land for 32 yrs before
coming back to the stock mkt PM plays in 2000. Still think land
offers the best overall slower but surer gains, but buying at a
peak means a few yrs wait for the next level.

And just started to see the merit to base metals couple yrs ago, new to me.
Realized couple billion Asians wanted what we take for granted
and were willing to work hard for it.
