Binary event seen by Lazard... 09:40 am Neurogesx: Lazard Capital initiates Buy. Target $13. Lazard initiates NGSX with a Buy and a $13 tgt. Although the firm views the stock as a binary play, they say the co has in NGX4010, its high concentration capsaicin patch, a differentiated asset with limited clinical risk, targeting the vast and unsatisfied neuropathic pain market.
