The fact of the matter is I presented a TOS complaint when he directly assailed me. I secondarily complained when I visited this thread and saw it sprinkled with his repeated use of the term "dumbass." I'm also the recipient of numerous private messages from posters, of whom I respect, complaining to me that they would not particiipate on this thread if it meant becoming a victim of his insults.

We make our own bed; and he made his. Agree?
