Bad news for PCRAM investors? eetimes.com My wild guess would be that 3-D/SONOS IP will only kick in at 32nm and densities no lower than 512Mb if that. But with 3-D chips there are things that you either can't do or can only do with great difficulty as far as embedded/logic/mixed signal design combinations are concerned. It's not "good" news but it means PCRAM is losing market share before it even wins any. <Hoo><Hoo> Thanks be for our low density apps that can be built profitably on old process equipment. 0\|0
