Share structure - currently 18.3m outstanding on ktn, 22.8 fully diluted ... more comprehensive post on share structure later ... these guys have historically shown a tendency to be as thrifty with the sharepaper as circumstances permitted, and they get results with funds from financings ... very professional, straight shooters and highly competent imho Same with Astral so far it seems, about 14m outstanding My interest here is i'm quite long the ktn, second largest position after Metalline, also holding a little ast.v now ... don't have any insider info, never felt any of it particularly useful anyway, better to go with what's publicly available
