I placed several orders to buy today. The orders were flagged for manual review by my brokerage. I've just gotten off the phone with them.

The individual that I talked to, when I asked why, given sufficient cleared funds in my account?..... the only time he was aware that a buy order would be reviewed?..... fraud.

Nobody that I talked to was aware of the "why", but buy orders -- CUSTOMERS WITH SUFFICIENT CLEARED FUNDS -- for BCRX are being manually reviewed.

I placed orders at or above the ask. They did not execute. Moreover, I was freely allowed to cancel orders placed AT OR ABOVE ASK, AND THE CANCELLATIONS CAME THROUGH IMMEDIATELY.
