Broadcom's $146 million is a better bargain than QUALCOMM's $1bn for SnapTrack years ago, and now Broadcom will be able to sue QUALCOMM for breaking their newly-acquired patents and demand the ITC stop QUALCOMM or anyone importing SnapTrack and other devices using Broadcom's technology.
