Doesn't the question (economically speaking...) become "who's ox is getting gored?" Because, if the feds are forcing unfunded service mandates upon the States (as States have charged, in relation to immigration issues, no child left behind, etc., etc.) that's ONE THING.... While, the federal budget itself might be benefiting from the presence of illegals in our economy (working under phony SS numbers, from which phony accounts they can not collect SS benefits in the future)... as the Congressional Budget Office and the Social Security Administration have calculated, tens of billions going into the SS program (and, indirectly supporting the SS payouts for legal citizens....) WHOSE ox, and WHAT costs are being considered....
