Bankruptcy laws can only protect creditor's rights with, once again, transparency and accountability.

Thus, instituting a way to shaft your creditors without transparency and accountability doesn't impress me, no. Just another way to evade contractual obligations.

The PRC motto for doing business, "we do what we want and we say that's fair."
