No doubt there'll be stranger things to come. Frankly I thought we would have made a quick close under the 200dma by now. It still looks plausible before the week is out.

Dropping that 2.64 "hammer" could light a few "candles" and send us off in the opposite direction... but I doubt it. I think we make at least one more attempt to crack that 200dma... Or we could just sit on it for awhile... But I don't see any fundamental or technical reasons that would justify a real visit to 2.64 territory.

I mean... assuming we don't consider any of the astronomical, political, geographical, sociological, theological, economical, or biological disasters currently populating our American nightmares as either "fundamental or technical." <Hoo><Hoo><Haa>
