You’re a little early yet for the recession part.<G> I plan on coming back to this thread more frequently when it happens. That's not a if either, but a when.
>what do think about the below realities - which the investors are faced with in US and Canada today? -
IMO-There might be new names, players, schemes, and newer employed technologies involved, but nothing new of people taking advantage of a money making situation. For me personally as an individual investor being a plankton in a sea. I think you need to stay informed and know how to swim with the sharks. Anytime there is money involved. You can almost always find someone who will use whatever means at their disposal to try and take advantage of the said situation. There are laws now, and their will be news law coming. Enforcement has almost always been an issue. The more informed one becomes. The better off you will be to respond, change, and, or, adapt.
I've seen someone trying to corner the Silver market before. I've seen insider traders before.
I've seen the Greenmail group
I've seen the corporate raiders
I've seen bubbles and shakeouts
I've seen recessions
I've seen market volatility and new measure put in place to respond.
What next? I don't know, but I will respond, change, and, or, adapt to it. Why, because I’ve chosen to participate in it. |
