The types of interventions you and many others have proposed would indeed be massive. Massive is a strawman in comparison with our current subsidies in various sectors. The "interventions" are anything but spectacular. You just think any intervention is "massive" because you come from a different planet. On planet Earth every country manipulates almost every aspect of it's economy...
