I know that u have been following the issue 4 quite some time

here's my interpretation of what occurred this a.m.:

as I understand it, an FTD will no longer hit the Reg SHO list after 13 days; it will hit only after 35 days

the existing FTDs have 35 to clear from the effective date of the SEC's decision (which I presume is today, but may be at some future published date that was not discussed at today's hearing. I will try 2 dig further into the matter and let u know what I learn)

what say u? others here?
