More than 25% of the company is held by Larry. It dosen't matter who would want to buy it, the only way it could happen is if the buyer could offer Larry a position as Chairman of some celestial board (he already has more money than most local deities, his ego will not allow selling out for mere money) <big grin, Cheshire cat impression)!

As far as all of the TA discussion goes...

I cannot recall any period where Oracle's stock price took a dive and stayed there for any length of time except when they had to deal with some financial irregularities (booking sales on deals that hadn't quite closed, did anyone at Informix remember this?) and I think that that qualifies as a downturn based on fundamentals. Can any of the TA proponents give an example of when Oracle slipped below either the 50 or 200 day moving average and stayed there for a few months?
