Please. I feel SO BAD for Paris it's breaking my heart. Almost as bad as for the illegal aliens and all the torture they have to go through to sneak into this country.

Let's see:
showbuzz.cbsnews.com

So she pleads no contest (equivalent of "guilty") to a DUI charge and she is released on parole. She is later stopped by the CHiPs, informed her license is suspended, and signs a document to that effect. Less than 23 weeks later, she is pulled over while driving and a copy of that signed document is found in her glove compartment. She is sentenced to 45 days for probation violation. Somehow her jail time is cut to 23 days. After 3 days, she is released to home confinement for an undisclosed meical problem. The judge is outraged and orders her back to jail to serve her full sentence.

Let's see. If you're Monique from East LA, you serve the full sentence, no excuses, on a probation violation. Period. ADD, claustrophobia, schizophrenisa, cancer, heart problems, too bad. No excuses. They have a medical and a psychiatric unit in the jail. They lock up people on suicide watch.

But Paris can't take it? Too bad.
