Fed's beige report was basically a general feeling from the member bank customers of the cities mentioned. It is a report that reflects only the present situation in the period of April and May. Not the anticipated economy in the summer vacation period, which we expect that the local governments will have hiring of students in summer. Tourism is expected to be far away vacations. Local traveling is slowed down by gasoline price. Otherwise, savings are used for 2 week vacation travelling. Housing sales is expected to be demographic, and programs such as in West palm beach in Florida, and Framingham, Massachusetts are not universally instituted. West Palm Beach had hired band to play on main street on Tuesday afternoon to attract people to move there, very successfully a few years back. Framingham has concerts every Friday in the commons on Friday night in the summer months. Social activities attract people to move, and create housing sales, especially in Las Vegas. New York city has its Broadway plays.
