That isn't inflation. It's purgatory.

My parents were living in a small town in south central Washington State with a high exodus rate due to the collapse of the economy (due to Enron fraudsters -- killed off the Alcoa plant). So they saw their water rate go up about 160% to compensate. Never cut a job or anything like that... oh the humanity!!
