Eli, I know NCR very well. I am not an expert on the stock market. Maybe the bad news is already factored in. I still don't know why the stock moved from 29 to 35 without any positive news. I believe NCR will turn around within a year. But, this year has been a very difficult transition. I still think it could be trading this high due to takeover rumors. I know that the BU's are not making their internal targets. They are not off by much but they are all off target. What I don't know is whether NCR's internal targets are the same as the analysts targets. It could be that they miss their internal targets but still meet analysts expectations. I just don't know? Confused, Mister T.
