Please provide a quote from Bush along the lines of "if we don't invade Saddam is going to nuke us".

Remember Condi Rice going to Britain and talking about the potential for nuclear attacks from Iraq. She spoke on tv there. Remember Bush talking about mushroom clouds.

I bet you don't remember, do you? How convenient!

Russia is an important country. They have a great deal of oil. They control the nat. gas pipeline going into Europe. Its in everyone's best interest to do a little hand holding.

Hand holding, fine. Bending over backwards, no.
