These announcements - although necessary - are almost meaningless when the financial terms are not disclosed. This may be no more than DVSA cleaning house as they move into energy production? ...The merger seems like a weird move to me - always has. One has to hope if they buy or still own the stock (as I do, arg!) that management has some idea of what they are doing.
