Carl, I heard that one of the major semitool companies was interested in acquiring TRKN's etch business only.....but that deal fell thru. I think TRKN is betting big on their Oxide etch to get them out the mess they are in. As far as earnings...I have no reason to believe that they will be much better than last quarter....if anything, chances are that they maybe slightly worse due to the expense of the Semicon show last July. This is based on Greg's forecast of Q3 in the Q2 conf call. As far as deals, I still have not heard anything from any of my sources....I do not expect to hear anything new at earnings release. I suspect that we will hear the same story of the big interest in their Oxide and low k flowfill and that they are "close" to some production deals. Anything more than that will be a surprise to me. dave
