If they would just build the PROMISED fence it would be a start.
Can't believe them when they fund a thing, then drag their feet and not follow thru.
And it all leads back to the 2005 summit in Texas between Bush, Fox and the Canadian P.M. That was an illegal agreement with out notification to the American people. Congress is now helping in that cover up and circumventing the constitution.
