Hah the only thing I'd hold for a decade is good income producing RE bought at distressed prices<g> Two years at most before you see a bottom for sure in builders<gg>..

To me this stuff is like the show 'Deal or no Deal'.. Place your bets, win big once in a while and take small losses when wrong. At a crossroads here. Do we buy gold shares and semis here or get back in the dark side of housing/financials come Monday? Intel just broke out today, gold stocks seem to be holding support here. NEM calls and beaten up juniors?
