EDIT: if you apply the template in 900 ticks, the larger of trends should be short (daytrading) - short 858.70. why didn't i do that and stick with it?

note those signals, just as this one, occur at a price elevation that is often revisted but fails to go beyond. if a trend is sensed an entry could be there if orginally missed.
