The litigation was settled with an agreement under which CHOP and the individual defendants have certain obligations towards deCODE

I thought that DCGN had the better end of things.

This is very big for DCGN as the uncertainty of litigation is erased, legal bills end, etc.

Most important, it can get back to doing what it does best.

Might be a good time to take a speculative dip into DCGN.
