I believe everyone that wants to work can get a job if they really really try. And I believe that anyone that wants to improve themselves will. I don't believe that because someone is making more money that they will be more loyal. If you have a good work ethic, you show up and do your job. Good decision or not, you realize it was yours and you understood the terms when you hired on.

I am self employed, but have worked for other people too. Working for other people can be demoralizing imo, and if you hate your job you might not show up too often. But most people in this country realize that they are not going to get a hand out just because they are alive, and even people from other countries that want to come and work here understand that if they work hard enough they can achieve almost anything.
