Certainly very positive. Also it has been a good idea to assume that small specs are "dumb money"; these guys are now long about 22 K contracts, which is very low historically. Also "buy". Kind of amazing IMO, but commercials are now net long NDX+SPX+DOW (with minis) by about $8 billions. They don't go long often, and this is the largest net long position in 7 years. Based on COT, everything is going to the moon :)
