David, once again you have missed the point. I was responding to post # 1177 in which it was originally stated that all the Lutts SEC problems were removed through this settlement. The posting of the actual settlement notice from the SEC home page was simply to close the loop and point out to those under the mistaken impression that the SEC had finished with Carlton Lutts that this had nothing to do with him or the Marlet Letter.The posting of the SEC material simply gave one the details that the WSJ was reporting on the other day.Carlton Lutts is still the subject of an ongoing investigation the details of which are only known to the SEC, Mr. Lutts and his lawyer.
