I don't know what level of punishment would be required to get Paris to stop going behind the wheel if she was impaired. I'm not at all worried about her driving without a license though.

I lost a friend because of drunk driving (not his drinking). So I'm not insensitive to the problem.

I think she's probably be treated differently than most people with similar infractions though because she's famous and so many people can't stand her.

At this point, if you let her out tomorrow, I feel confident she wouldn't drink and drive again any time soon.
