No it doesn't. Why would you think that? Just because she decides to carry the baby to term, its condition hasn't changed. Not until birth.

No you cannot. Because it would violate the will of the mother. To take a trivial example. You can't force trim someone's nails. Likewise, if you assault a pregnant woman and cause the pregnancy to terminate, that is more serious than otherwise.
