Hello tonysee200x,

Thanks for the heads up. I ended up searching through my old computer to find my account and password. I used to use Yahoo! finance to track my portfolio, but then moved to e*trade when SCO opened an account there for me ... the employee stock purchase program. ;-)

I do love the thread ... those who point fingers of hiding behind a pseudonym or moniker are the ones who actually do what? :-)

Anyhow ... I was also surprised by the jumps ... but I held long. I actually had another buy order @ $1 for another 1000 shares. But it hasn't hit.

It is quite uneasy sitting and listening to all of the arm-chair lawyers with their theories about what the judge is going to do or say ... it all begins to get exciting as the pressure mounts and the dates get closer. As I posted on Yahoo! there are a number of my local friends in legal circles that are suggesting that the judge might not rule on the motions ... apparently he is not obligated to. They feel that he might use that to his advantage to pressure the parties to settle ... if it's going to occur ... prior to the trial.

I don't know ... I'm not one to watch TV ... things like this in the real world are so much better to watch and learn from! :-)

~90 days and counting?
