OT:What a battle this has been to even get people to believe naked shorting was actually going on. WHEW!! Glad people hung in there. Now we'll see if RMTR has a Grandfathered naked short position soon. I'm really curious to see if they naked shorted tons of those death spiral shares and Grandfathered them. They will be forced to cover 35 days after the news is published in the American Register.

This could be the reason for the DOW and NASDAQ going up. If I recall NASDAQ got up to over 5,000 while they were naked shorting it. I'll be curious to see if it goes over 5000 after they cover all those shorts that exist. Maybe they were covering the higher priced stocks first meaning the DOW stocks and that is why it went up fast than the smaller cap stocks. They were probably hoping the game would go on as business as usual. I suspect there have been way to many people screaming about this for them to dare step in the direction with the naked shorters group again.

What I wonder is how are they going to cover all these shares? Do you think the good ole boys are sitting in their luxury houses wondering how they are going to pay the next mortgage payment? Good thing they put the law on the books around year 2000 that bankers have to know who they are doing business with.

Things could get interesting.
