Some people asked me why not 100% alcohol like what my father had back in 1946? The reason is that alcohol burns but too much carbon deposits in the cylinder that can not be cleaned off. So, the explosion by alcohol gas formation heats up the steam(90% water) and the steam pushes the cylinder cleans up the carbon deposits in the cylinder. Which is the reason that we do not use E85 formulation that Brazil uses. They use too much alcohol and had to have refined crude oil to clean up the carbon deposits from alcohol residue.

In the US, you can look at the clouds above and tell which alcohol formulation we are using locally or the wind blew them from other places. White cloud barely, is wood alcohol gasoline(our cheapest). Lots of white cloud is ethanol alcohol gasoline(10% labelled on the pump). Dark gray clouds is ethanol with dissolved natural gas, more saturated. Light gray clouds is wood alcohol with dissolved natural gas, less saturated.

This is how we can do climate control(warmer winter and cooler summer) and earth warming control(cloud insulation 5000 feet ceiling from sunrays heat up)?
