It was really mind boggling about the nuclear power plants :

Neither of the two Argentine nuclear power plants, Atucha I and Embalse, are working; the former failed on Sunday, and Embalse (which provides 300 MW) on Thursday.

BTW...what do you think about PDP? In two weeks they have 6 months to drill 48 wells. This ain't adding up. Do you trust Gusella for factual or is he a .............er........mmmm.............a lawyer. :o)
