Yup, I'm aware its 2 weeks old. Found it today, the author claims to live in Rosario Argentina. The internet allows us to get a resident's experience.

This article adds to what I found out and posted from Bloomberg several weeks ago, plus additional new info like deaths due to cold spell and the two Nukes.

Argentina has some energy problems.

Argentina (and South America) and its current energy affairs, this is all new to me.
