FAAC.OB Former Blank Check. 7/13/05 1 share and 2 warrants (@$5) for $6. What got me interested ? Paul Sonkin...noted value investor.. owns about 15%. Chairman was an open market buyer at higher prices. Company bought back stock at higher prices. Im "IN" at around $5 as per a prior limit order I placed in the event of "bargain" prices. (I havent paid attention for the last few months until yesterday when my buy order was filled) Did I get a bargain or not ?? The warrants are trading around 60 cents and have 2 years remaining (to buy at $5). I dont want to be greedy. Im looking for $7 within 3 years.
