Exactly what I said it means. As long as the state does not promote any one religion or force one to have religous beliefs....or treat those without religious beliefs differently ...there is no offense to the Constitution in simply telling students that in addition to the theory of evolution...some believe that the creation of mankind was driven by a higher form of intelligence than our own....
