OT:Tom The loopholes don't surprise me. Just my guess but they most likely did it on purpose. If you think about who all is involved in this scam then it makes you think they have the ability to take this any direction they choose. One problem they have is the whole lot of them have been caught with their hands in the cookie jar. They greed is what caused them to be discovered. When you take into account the percent of volume they naked shorted in comparison to the percent of volume on a regular trading day is huge. If they had kept it down low no one would have paid attention. But they were used to and most likely all along been stripping these little over the counter stocks for many reasons. I bet if they are able to track down the initial request it will be a is larger corporation. Most like goes like this. A little innovative company discovers the cure for cancer and the drug company's making drugs to fight cancer see this. They say hey, if they get this new drug to market we're done. They sweep the drug under the rug by pouring bad information about how it doesn't really save you. Naked short the company gone and then business goes on as usual. I'm certain this happens. I've read enough examples since at least 1998 to catch this as one of the reasons it happens. Of course you have other reasons. I suspect FLASH memory owners may have been trying to do the same thing with FRAM when they pulled the death spiral on us. As investor's we have to get smarter and learn to recognize scams and react on the knowledge. Expose the loophole as soon as we find it. Keep writing and beating on the doors of our lawmakers. Let them know we see them stealing our money. That's the only thing these people will react to. Actual evidence. Otherwise they lie all the way to the bank. We as people need to start realizing there was a reason for our Great Grandparents, Grandparents didn't trust government and held town hall meetings. We need to join hands and start doing this again. Our news is so tainted we don't get the true picture of what is really happening. Not meaning to get off subject worse than I am already but I'd like you to see another example of our not paying attention to what's going on. Our city has more illegal people in it than we have regular citizens. I suspect the same holds true for most of the little towns in our state too. Does this not ring a bell to anyone? I know I'm just one person but am I the only one who can imagine what the outcomes of this will be? Anyway we all need to scream as loud as we can about this and get it stopped. I feel like it will boost up the middle class if we can force them to cover. Don't you suspect that's why the DOW has been rising? They knew this was going to court and slowly they might be covering. Just a guess.
