Respectfully, once the surfs up, you'll see a blow-up of
spectacular proportions, given the amount of leverage in
the system, one never seen in history. A 1-min "glitch" in
the DOW on Feb. 27 was just the way it will happen, only
this time it will be limit-down. Do you see
that? I don't -g- Why? Cause it will be free markets win
against the Fed. No, the Fed does not manipulate the markets -
computers do that very effectively for them, if enough
liquidity is provided. The Fed just ensures the latter. Some
day the liquidity it provides won't be enough, as it wasn't on
Feb., 27. Until this
happens, the markets will continue higher with no volativity.
Meanwhile, 1/2 of all hedge funds and all the pigmen are and will be shorting
volativity (puts and calls) and spreads, and cashing the
proceeds. -g-
