Kingfisher has no specific milling capacity in the area of that size. We can access perhaps 100 to 200 tons per day within perhaps one years for a few bucks of upgrade but not at the capacity Apollo needs. There is really not much milling available in Matheson although there are some crushers. One solution would be to buy the mill from Barrick at Holt McDermott. I think it is 1500 tpd. I don't believe it is in use.

I don't believe it would be hard to run the mill at Stock at 1500 tpd. Usually they have multiples of everything as that causes better exposure to process reagants and greater surface area for grinding etc..
